We just completed our renovation recently and we were most blessed to be working with Ace from 21 Interior Studio. Ace has a very gentle and patient disposition, always attentive and prompt in attending to our 1,001 queries. She followed up closely with the sub-contractors throughout the whole process, assisting us to communicate our requirements to the sub-contractors, and updating us regularly of the progress. The team at 21 Interior Studio was able to work round our tight timeline and the bosses were also helpful to allow arrangements to accommodate our payment schedule. For her professionalism and attentiveness to us as her clients, we give Ace a 5-stars rating, kudos!!

After going through several companies, 21 Interior Studio was our choice that my wife and I engaged and we totally did not regret it. So grateful that we met Mr Jeff Wu who caters to our needs, budget and also keep us updated on the renovation progress and also what will be done next as we are not around to view the house most of the time when the renovation is on. The renovation was smooth as we always reminded him that we wanted to move in ASAP. Mr Jeff Wu was really helpful and was there throughout the whole process. We were grateful for all his advice, ideas and most importantly patience with us when it came to ordering the materials. The work done was really neat and efficient. The workmanship was superb too.We are very happy and are thankful to Mr Jeff Wu and 21 Interior Studio for making our dream home a reality. He is easy to talk to and it feels like conversing with a friend than with an ID. We appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring we are satisfied with the progress of the renovation before moving in. Despite our last minute request, he still handed the house over to us professionally too. Everything was beyond our expectations, thank you once again for being part of our renovation journey! Came across 21 Interior Studio through FB. Love their modern luxe design, thus me & my husband decided to get a quotation from them. ID Sammy & Jeff attended to us. Their friendliness and sincerity was what we liked and we decided to engage them to renovate our house despite after sourcing a few ID firms. Sammy & Jeff was super responsive to our queries, very organised too and everything was followed up promptly as well. Hiccups during the renovation is unavoidable, but Sammy & Jeff will promptly handle the problems and get it solved. After renovation, minor touch up works that needs to be done was also followed up promptly. They have turned our house into a beautiful house. Highly recommended!

After recce a few reno companies, we decided to engage 21 interior studio. Our ID was Leon. He made everything a breeze from the start till the end. It was easy working with him. Listen to our ideas and will give advices if it is not suitable. Problems were rectifed real quick. Thanks to all the contractors as well. It was a smooth sailing reno journey . Love my simple house! My mum and I have engaged 21 Interior Studio to revamp our roughly 25 years old kitchen. We were really grateful to have Jeff Wu as our ID, the first person that my brother introduced to☺️Jeff was indeed very professional and detail-oriented. We could connect with each other easily. He understood the layout that we wanted for our kitchen & worked through it. We have full trust in his work & did not have to worry that much. Jeff was very responsive whenever we enquire certain things. He also managed to resolve any problems or issues that arouse promptly, & ensure that the job was done appropriately & effectively👍🏼We would say, everything went well throughout the renovation process. It was smooth sailing. But most importantly, my mum & I were really SATISFIED with the outcome of our kitchen!! Definitely an (Interior Designer) ID I would recommend 100%. We surveyed a handful of IDs and most of them either have an idea that they ‘force’ to adapt or push for sales or immediate sign up. With Sammy, everything was chill. Sat down to discuss what we want and she recommended a few ideas which some we accept and some we reject. I like how she took notes and really took the time to ensure all our needs are met, even before we decided to engage them. The follow ups are also very timely. Every enquiries and concerns are tackled swiftly. Awesome experience indeed.
